HC Deb 08 July 1942 vol 381 c744
4. Mr. Granville (for Colonel Arthur Evans)

asked the Secretary of Statè for Air whether suitable steps have now been taken to ensure that airmen serving both overseas and at home are able to obtain from their medical units, canteens or other accessible places, simple medicines which they have been accustomed to use in civil life?

Captain Balfour

Airmen and airwomen who are in need of simple medicines can obtain them at the medical inspection rooms or sick quarters of their unit. Such preparations as aspirin tablets and health salts are on sale at N.A.A.F.I. canteens.
