§ Mr. H. MorrisonI agree with my hon. Friend as to the desirability of arranging for an experienced probation officer to act as liaison officer for courts of assize and quarter sessions, and my Department has been in communication on the subject with the Clerk of the Peace for the West Riding. I hope that as a result satisfactory arrangements may be made.
