§ Mr. BevinI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given to the hon. Member for Salford West (Mr. Emery) on 19th March relating to men placed in Medical Grades III and IV. Similar arrangements are now being introduced for women placed in those grades.

Gentleman consider taking some action to provide national service for a large number of people who are doing no work at all for the war effort and have never taken any part in it? Will he take steps to find something useful for them to do?
