asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of War Transport whether he has any statement to make in regard to the basic petrol ration for goods vehicles?

Yes, Sir. It has been decided to discontinue the issue of basic rations of motor fuel for goods vehicles with effect from 7th March next.
