HC Deb 25 February 1942 vol 378 c210
73. Mr. Thorne

asked the Postmaster-General whether he can give any information in connection with several men being charged with stealing 40,000 clothing coupons from the General Post Office stores at Mount Pleasant; and what action he intends taking about the matter?

The Postmaster-General (Mr. W. S. Morrison)

One man has been charged with stealing these coupons and three others with receiving, or being in unlawful possession of, some of them. As the matter is sub judice, I can make no further statement at present.
