§ Mr. H. MorrisonI do not know of any case in which a scheme-making authority has not appointed an emergency committee. As regards non-scheme making authorities, county councils were asked to consider with them the appointment of emergency committees in appropriate cases: and as far as I am aware this has been done. Perhaps if my hon. Friend has any particular instance in mind he will communicate with me.
