HC Deb 08 October 1941 vol 374 c961
10. Commander Bower

asked the Secretary of State for Air whether he will make a statement relative to the damage known to have been done to German war potential by aerial bombardment from British aircraft during the period of intensive attack in the last few months?

The Secretary of State for Air (Sir Archibald Sinclair)

Information on this subject is released as frequently and as fully as considerations of security permit, and I have at present nothing to add to what has already been published. My hon. and gallant Friend may rest assured that the evidence at our disposal gives conclusive proof of substantial damage.
