§ Mr. TomlinsonOn schemes already in existence for training canteen staff I would refer my hon. Friend to the first part of my reply to her Question on a similar subject of nth September. In addition my right hon. Friend is arranging, in co-operation with his right hon. Friends the President of the Board of Education, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Minister of Food to start training schemes for canteen cooks in certain selected technical colleges towards the end of this month. A leaflet on the training scheme is being prepared and I will send my hon. Friend copies as soon as they become available.
