Friend has in mind the arrangement under which women registered under the Registration for Employment Order, 1941, who are engaged in beer production are not for the time being being called for selection interview. There is no intention to differentiate as between different kinds of 431 undertakings, although I, am informed that there has been misunderstanding in respect of certain individual firms. Instructions have been issued placing these firms on the same footing as other firms.
