§ Sir A. DuncanIn recent weeks there has been a substantial increase in the production of high-tension batteries, which will in due course reflect itself in retail stocks. Particular attention is being given to the question of supplies for outlying districts. As regards the second part of the Question, I understand that discarded batteries are used for recording and training purposes, but I will discuss the matter further with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Air.
