HC Deb 13 May 1941 vol 371 c1072
40. Major Vyvyan Adams

asked the Secretary of State for Air whether the same reasons as prevent our publication of the losses sustained by the enemy sub marine fleet, militate against the disclosure of the losses inflicted upon the Focke-Wulf aircraft which raid our shipping; and, if not, whether he will arrange for the periodic publication of such losses?

The Under-Secretary of State for Air (Captain Harold Balfour)

The Answer to the first part of the Question is in the affirmative; as regards the second part, it is the intention to publish from time to time as much information as the circumstances allow.
