HC Deb 10 June 1941 vol 372 c26
44. Mr. Parker

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether he is aware that in some reception areas the schools are so crowded that children cannot begin school at the normal age and thus cannot get milk either under the Government scheme for young children or under the milk-in-schools scheme; and whether he will continue the milk facilities for young children until they enter school?

Major Lloyd George

The cases to which my hon. Friend refers are being borne in mind in the review of milk distribution arrangements which my Noble Friend is now making.
