Hudson)The scheme for subsidising cattle on hill-grazings in Scotland with a view to encouraging the improvement of hill pastures was only recently introduced, and I am advised by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland that it is too early to report on its progress. I am considering whether a similar scheme is needed in England and Wales.
