Mr. De la BèreDoes my right hon. Friend know what is wanted? Is it not to grow the utmost possible food in the least possible time, and to do this must one not have adequate working capital 298 and labour? It is no use issuing thousands of orders and not following them up. May I have an answer? If the Minister of Agriculture does not see fit to answer, I shall have to raise the matter on the Adjournment.
