I beg to move, in page 6, line 15, to leave out from "works" to "the," in line 18, and to insert:

has been notified to all persons having an interest in the hereditament who have made a request in writing to the Commission to be notified thereof, or, if no such request has been made. This Amendment is in order to secure that all persons who might be interested should have notice if a value payment is to be made.
