Lyle) on 29th July, a small shopkeeper who is dissatisfied with the decision of the local Food Control Committee regarding his registrations may appeal to the Divisional Food Officer, the official of the Ministry who is primarily responsible for food questions within his area. The answer to the last part of the Question is in the affirmative.
