§ Lieut.-Colonel Moore-BrabazonI cannot trace any promise to publish the reports made on this investigation, and publication is not contemplated. No extraordinary or unexpected factors were revealed. The war-time rise of accidents was clearly due to the difficulty which many people experience in adjusting themselves successfully to the special conditions prevailing.
§ Mr. WatkinsWill the right hon. and gallant Gentleman not reconsider publishing that report, so that individuals and organisations may make suggestions for reducing the very large number of road casualties?
