§ 41. Mr. Brookeasked the Minister of Health what arrangements exist for cooperation between emergency rest centres and the nearest first-aid posts when homeless people at the rest centres need slight nursing attention?
§ Miss HorsbrughThe officers in charge of rest centres have been instructed to make themselves aware of the address of the nearest first-aid post. In London there is a nurse available at short notice for any centre at which she may be required during the day, and at night a nurse is regularly in attendance in the majority of the centres. Instructions are being issued that similar arrangements should be made throughout the country.
