§ 10. Mr. Martinasked the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can make any statement on the present situation in Rumania; and, in particular, whether, and how far, the Rumanian Government is now pursuing a policy of neutrality?
§ Mr. ButlerWithin the last few months the Rumanian Government have, on their own admission, invited German troops to enter Rumania.
