§ Mr. LawAs regards the grant of leave, I would refer my hon. Friend to the 1182 answer I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Morpeth on 22nd October, of which I am sending him a copy. Soldiers who are granted special leave when their homes have been seriously damaged by bombing will be given free travelling warrants for the purpose, in addition to the normal entitlement to two free warrants annually.
