§ Mr. AttleeNo, Sir. Foreign Office Questions should be put down to my right hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, but in the case of Questions affecting matters of high policy on which it is desirable that the answer should be given by a member of the War Cabinet, this duty will be undertaken by my right hon. Friend the Lord President of the Council.
