Resolved,
That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to limit the dividends of cer-

tain companies and to impose certain restrictions as respects their share capital, and for purposes connected there with, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of the expenses incurred by the Treasury for the purposes of the said Act."—(King's Recommendation signified.)—[Sir K.
