§ 30. Mr. Mathersasked the Secretary of State for Scotland the quantities of lime and basic slag provided under the Government scheme for use in Scotland; and whether he will give a list showing the quantities utilised in each county?
§ Mr. ColvilleFrom September, 1937, to 2nd March, 1940, applications from Scotland for contribution under the Land Fertility Scheme have been received for approximately 593,558 tons of lime and 143,747 tons of basic slag. With the hon. Member's permission I propose to circulate the detailed figures for individual counties in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
