§ Captain CrookshankFour hundred and sixty-five public libraries in the United Kingdom receive the Stationery Office monthly catalogue, and 36 the Daily List of publications, both of which include the Official Report. The Library Association also prints in its monthly magazine a summary of publications issued by the Stationery Office of special interest to 1149 libraries, and in February, 1939, this included a reference to the Volume of the Official Report containing the Debates on the September, 1938, crisis. The fact that all prices are subject to the Government subsidy to libraries is mentioned regularly at the head of this summary.
