§ 11. Mr. Butcherasked the Secretary of State for War what arrangements have been made for the welfare of British and Allied troops in Iceland?
§ Mr. EdenI can assure my hon. Friend that I am fully alive to the importance of this question. The troops in Iceland have been sent a good supply of games equipment, radio sets, books and magazines. A mobile cinema has been sent, and others will follow. It is hoped to send a concert party when the necessary arrangements can be made.
