I am sending the hon. Member a copy of Army Order 71 of 1940, which contains the regulations on this subject.

Mr. Watkins

Can the right hon. Gentleman include that in the OFFICIAL REPORT, because the information will be very valuable to hon. Members?

Mr. Eden

I will either do that, or have it placed in the Library of the House.
