8. Flight-Lieutenant Donner

asked the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has information which goes to show that present developments of Soviet-Finnish relations are contrary to the future security of Finland; and whether he can make a statement upon our relations with Finland?

In reply to the first part of the Question, I would suggest that the hon. and gallant Member should refer to M. Molotov's recent speech. The relations of His Majesty's Government with the Finnish Government are of a normal and friendly character.
