§ Mr. AttleeThe question whether any changes are desirable during the war in the present distribution of responsibility for Government building work is being considered. In this connection the point raised by my hon. Friend the Member for Devizes (Sir P. Hurd) will be borne in mind. I cannot say now what arrangement may be necessary after the war.
