§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI am aware that at the commencement of the scheme certain delay occurred in making payment to producers, owing to the difficulty in obtaining suitable staff and also to the large number of weekly payments to be made. I am informed that these difficulties have now been to a large extent overcome, and that payments are being made without undue delay.
§ Mr. SmithIs the hon. Gentleman aware that I informed him of a case where pigs were delivered over six weeks ago by an unemployed man and that he has not received a penny, and that in cases like that great dissatisfaction is caused?
