§ Mr. BurginTwenty-five local authorities already have utilisation plants for treating organic waste materials and all such plants are capable of reducing suitable waste materials to feeding meals. With my hon. Friend's permission, I will circulate a list of these authorities in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
