Resolution reported, That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make provision for the establishment of a national register and for the issue of identity cards it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a)The payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred for the purposes of the said Act, and
  2. (b)The payment into the Exchequer of all fees received under regulations made under the said Act with respect to identity, cards."
