Mr. Kimballasked the Secretary of State for War (1) whether 674 he will arrange for the widest possible publicity to be given to the Government's policy on the acceptance of volunteers for the Army; and will he issue clear comprehensive instructions to all Army recruiting centres as to age limits and qualifications of volunteers for all branches;
(2) whether some special publicity will be given of those special units now requiring recruits immediately for the information of men wishing to join up at once?
