asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what steps are being taken to revise the Canada-West Indies Trade Agreement; and whether he will give representative West Indians a full opportunity of expressing their views?

His Majesty's Government in Canada have given notice of their intention to terminate the existing Agreement, and it has been agreed to negotiate a new one to take its place. Full opportunity will be given for the expression of West Indian views.
