§ 10. "That on and after the twenty-sixth day of April, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, any duties of customs chargeable under the Ottawa Agreements Act, 1932, on goods of the classes or descriptions specified in the first column of the following Table shall be charged at the rates specified in the second column of that Table.

§ And it is here by declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution shall have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1913."
