§ The Prime MinisterI presume the hon. Members are referring to the statement made in the Chamber of Deputies by the Egyptian Prime Minister on 24th April. This statement was noted with much appreciation by His Majesty's Government who on many occasions have assured the Egyptian Government that they may entirely depend upon the full and loyal co-operation of this country in the implementation of the Anglo-Egyptian Treaty of Alliance.
