HC Deb 23 March 1939 vol 345 cc1425-6
5. Mr. Gallacher

asked the Minister of Labour how many persons were registered as being available for employment at each of the Employment Exchanges in the County of Fife on the last convenient date and on the comparable date in 1938?

Mr. E. Brown

As the reply includes a table of figures, I will, if I may, circulate a statement in the OFFICIAL REPORT.

Mr. Gallacher

Do the figures show an increase or a decrease in unemployment?
