Mr. David Adamsasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the recommendation in the report of last year of the Employment of Juveniles Committee in Kenya, to the effect that the application of the native registration ordinance to persons under 16 years of age in the Nakuru district should be can celled, has been accepted; if not, will he state the reasons for this; and whether 406 he will state the number of juveniles convicted in the Nakuru district under this registration ordinance?
