HC Deb 08 March 1939 vol 344 cc2116-7
10. Lieut.-Commander Fletcher

asked the Prime Minister whether, when the Polish Foreign Minister visits London, the opportunity of the visit will be taken to discuss with him the position of the Ukrainian minority in Poland and the international undertakings in regard to this minority to which this country is signatory?

Mr. Butler

I am not in a position to specify the subjects which may come under review during the course of Colonel Beck's visit to London.

Lieut-Commander Fletcher

Will this question be borne in mind when the agenda is being arranged for these discussions?

Mr. Butler

I cannot give any specific assurance at this time.
