MacDonaldAs I explained in the Debate on the Colonial Office Vote, His Majesty's Government, before giving detailed consideration to the recommendations of the Royal Commission, are awaiting reports from the Governors of Northern Rhodesia and Nyasaland, and an opportunity of discussion with the Prime Minister of Southern Rhodesia. Mr. Huggins is expected to arrive in London next week.
