May I ask the Prime Minister for what business it is proposed to suspend the Eleven o'Clock Rule to-night?

To-day is the last but one of the allotted Supply Days, and all outstanding Votes will be put from the Chair at 10 o'clock. We desire to obtain the formal Resolution in Committee of Ways and Means upon which the Appropriation Bill will be founded, and to take the Lords Amendments to the Cotton Industry (Reorganisation) Bill.
