Dorman-SmithMy Department has already endeavoured to encourage the production and consumption of canned fruit and vegetables by introducing and advertising National Mark Schemes for all the principal varieties. These schemes are designed to secure to the consumer a product of guaranteed quality and to assist producers against the competition of imported produce.
