§ The Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education (Mr. Kenneth Lindsay)Representatives of the universities are, I understand, in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Lord Privy Seal with a view to preparing plans to enable university education to continue so far as may be appropriate in time of war, and for securing those special services to war-time needs which the universities may be able to render.
§ Mr. GriffithsDo I understand that the scheme is not yet complete?
§ Mr. LindsayI think that perhaps the hon. Member might put down a question on that point to the Lord Privy Seal.
