asked the Minister of Labour how many new industries have come to the Special Areas and how many to the distressed areas during 1938; and the approximate number of persons employed by these industries?

I will make inquiries and write to the hon. Member as soon as possible.

Mr. Price

Will the Minister also give information as to how many new industries have come as a result of the formation of site companies, and how many have come otherwise?
