asked the Minister of Labour whether he has considered representations from the Carmarthenshire County Council in reference to the increase in unemployment in certain areas in the county; and what steps he proposes to deal with the matter?

On Tuesday last, I received a communication from the Carmarthenshire County Council which is receiving my active and sympathetic consideration.

asked the Minister of Labour the number of persons in receipt of benefit and Unemployment Assistance Board allowances, respectively, at the Maesteg, Bridgend, Aberkenfig, Ogmore Vale, and Pontycymmer Employment Exchanges for each month of 1934, 1935, 1936, 1937, 1938, and to date?
