§ Sir V. WarrenderAny alteration in the peace rates and conditions of issue of family allowance for soldiers on active service will be a matter for decision in the light of current circumstances. The 2453 allowance issued to a soldier in respect of his children is not analogous to the allowance to be issued to a householder for the reception of children.
