§ Captain WallaceUnder Agreements, which have been laid before Parliament, 332 the Treasury has undertaken to advance the whole £9,500,000 authorised by the North Atlantic Shipping Act, 1934, in connection with the construction of the "Queen Mary" and the "Queen Elizabeth" and for the working capital of the company. No question, therefore, arises of additional proposals under the Act.
