§ The Financial Secretary to the War Office (Sir Victor Warrender)In accordance with the statement made by my right hon. Friend at the Mansion House on 10th October, the Territorial Army Field Army is in process of complete reorganisation. As circumstances permit, it is being issued with modern training equipment. The wireless sets in possession of Territorial Army units are suitable for war, and will be progressively increased in number.
