§ 76. Mr. Pilkingtonasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education whether he can now say when the actual providing of meals for school children on the New Huyton estate, Liverpool, is to begin?
Mr. LindsayI have made inquiries of the Lancashire Local Education Authority and am informed that there has been some delay in the delivery of the necessary equipment, but that it is hoped that the provision of meals for school children on the New Huyton estate will begin about 12th December.
