§ 58. Mr. Viantasked the Home Secretary whether arising out of representations 514 made by a deputation, led by the Archbishop of Canterbury, to the Prime Minister in 1935 as to the administration of the Cinematograph Act, 1909, the new advisory committee has been appointed; can the name of the chairman of the new advisory committee now be made public; and will he arrange that the Advisory Committee be convened at an early date?
§ Mr. LloydMy right hon. Friend hopes very shortly to be in a position to announce the name of the chairman and to complete the membership of the committee. I have no doubt that the chairman will then convene a meeting as soon as possible.
