§ Mr. LloydThe principle has been laid down that no charges should be made to any person for training for any of the local authority services for which they have volunteered, and if in any case the St. John's Ambulance Association are making a charge it must be due to a misunderstanding. My right hon. Friend will take steps to have the general position clearly understood.
